About me and my counselling practice in Aldershot & Farnham

I am a BACP Accredited experienced counsellor and supervisor, and have worked in the Aldershot, Farnborough and Farnham areas for the past 19 years.
I worked as a counsellor at Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice Care for 12 years which was an incredible privilege. I also provided supervision.

I worked as clinical Lead at No5 Young People, a counselling agency based in Reading offering free counselling for young people aged between 11 and 25 years old.


I am committed to providing counselling in a safe, confidential and non-judgmental environment.
Sometimes it's hard to talk to friends or family about difficult issues, or perhaps you feel don't want to upset or burden them. This is where talking to a counsellor can often help.
I strongly believe the work is based in the relationship with the client and I have developed an approach and attitude which helps clients to feel safe, heard and valued.

I work with individuals on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully.

My counselling practice is based online using Zoom. This gives access to Hampshire and Surrey, Camberley, Farnborough, Fleet, Aldershot, Lightwater, Sandhurst, Basingstoke, Godalming, Guildford, Woking, Liphook, Bordon and beyond.
We can arrange an initial free 30 minute session to establish what you are looking for from counselling and to confirm that we're happy to work together.


I am also a qualified Supervisor and have been practicing since 2012. I have much experience working with qualified and trainee counsellors.
I offer a relaxed approach believing that the supervisors role is to support and guide counsellors to be counsellors.
